Pasta With Sausage And Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. dry pasta (flat or spiral; whole wheat pasta is very good with this recipe)
    1/2 lb. sweet or hot Italian sausage (use turkey sausage, much better for you)
    3 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
    1 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
    3 garlic cloves, diced fine
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    good olive oil
Preparation
    First:
    Cook sausage in microwave (6 minutes on High) or by steaming in a covered pan over medium-low heat until cooked.
    Cut sausage into small, bite-sized pieces.
    Reserve.
