South Of The Border Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small chopped onion
    1 - 16 oz. pkg. corn chips
    2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
    1 - 15 oz. can chili without beans
    1 - 15 oz. can kidney beans
    1 - 12 oz. can Mexican corn
    salsa (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 2 qt. casserole in microwave.
    Saute onion in melted butter for 3 minutes.
    Combine corn chips and most of the cheese, chili, beans, and corn.
    Microwave 9 minutes on high, turning periodically.
    Add the rest of the cheese when almost done.
