Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    salt and pepper
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Stir-fry ground
    beef
    in oil until it loses red color. Add garlic,
    salt,
    pepper,
    onion,
    green
    pepper
    and
    chili powder. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is wilted.
    Add all but olives and cheese and turn into a 2 quart or larger casserole. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with cheese and olives and bake

    more\tminutes
    or until cheese is melted. Serves 8.
