Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    2 cans tomato soup
    1/8 to 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, brown hamburger and diced onion; drain off fat.
    Add the tomato soup with two cans water.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer over low heat, uncovered, two to three hours, until desired thickness.
