Homemade Pork Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lean pork
    1/2 lb. ground pork fat
    3/4 tsp. kosher salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. sage
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Mix fat and lean pork.\tStart out by adding the seasonings listed above.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cook a small patty and taste. Adjust seasonings to taste.
