Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 (10 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
    10 to 12 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
    6 slices dry rye bread crumbs
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix onion and sour cream together.
    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange sauerkraut on top, then layer of crumbled corned beef, then layer of grated cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
