Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
chopped green pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
chopped onion (as desired)
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat and onion; drain.
Saute pepper.
Add soup and spices and simmer 15 minutes over low heat.
Cook noodles and drain.
Grease or spray with cooking spray a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place noodles on bottom of pan.
Pour meat sauce over noodles. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Arrange mushrooms over cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove foil last 10 minutes.
Let set 5 to 10 minutes, then cut into squares.
May sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Works well in microwave.
Bake 10 minutes.
