Polynesian Pork] - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in strips
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. bottled Russian dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 c. onion rings
Chinese noodles or hot, cooked rice
Preparation

Cook pork in margarine until brown; drain.
Drain juice from pineapple and reserve.
Combine juice with Russian dressing, soy sauce, vinegar and salt.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to juice mix.
Pour over meat.
Cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened.
Cover.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Add green pepper, onion and pineapple.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 6 generously.
