Herbed Fish Fillets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cod or halibut
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine cornmeal and seasonings.
Dip fish in egg and milk mixed and coat with cornmeal.
Place on cookie sheet (15 x 10-inch).
Drizzle butter over fish.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes (or until golden brown).
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
