Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slice white or Italian bread
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn or Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk or half and half
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove crusts from bread and spread butter on each slice. Place slices on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan. Brown sausage; drain and sprinkle over bread.
Spread cheese over sausage.
Mix egg, milk (or half and half) and salt.
Pour this mixture over the cheese and sausage.
Cover and chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
