Homemade Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 or 2 lb. roast
    4 carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, sliced
    2 stalks celery
    1 beef stew packet
    2 or 4 small onions
Preparation
    Cut beef in 1-inch cubes; roll in flour and fry in hot oils. Follow directions on beef stew packet.
    Cook about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Then add vegetables and cook until done.
    Season to taste, if more is needed.
