Cornmeal Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
1 cake yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 tsp. sugar
4 c. flour
Preparation

Cook first 5 ingredients until thick.
Cool until lukewarm. Combine eggs and yeast in warm water with sugar.
Mix well and add to other mixture.
Then add flour to make a soft dough.
Knead and place in greased bowl.
Cover and let rise one hour.
Punch down and roll out.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Brush with butter and fold over as Parker House rolls.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes about 30 rolls.
