Sweet And Sour Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Golden Delicious apples
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    dash of ginger
    1/4 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Core and slice apples; set aside.
    Combine cornstarch and ginger in skillet; gradually stir in apple juice, soy sauce and vinegar.
    Cook and stir until thickened and clear.
    Stir in apples and simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes, or until apples are crisp-tender.
    Serves 4 with 81 calories per serving.
    Great with broiled chicken!
