Hard Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon oil
8 to 10 drops red food coloring
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. butter
Preparation

Add the first 3 ingredients and then cook on medium heat until it reaches 310\u00b0 on a candy thermometer.
Remove from heat; add cinnanom oil and then food coloring.
Butter cookie sheet and pour the ingredients in the cookie sheet.
Let cool, then break with a spoon.
Shake in powdered sugar.
