Chile Verde With Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pork roast
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
12 green chiles (Nex Mexican hot)
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. flour
2 large chopped tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 to 5 c. water
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Cut pork into bite size pieces and dredge in flour and salt. Brown in hot oil.
Add onions, chiles and garlic.
Cook until softened.
Stir in remaining flour.
Add tomatoes and water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook until meat is tender.
