Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. applesauce
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Yields 1 dozen muffins.
