Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sour cream (may use low-fat if desired)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. cut up rhubarb (in 1/2-inch slices)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and nutmeg and pour together in a large bowl. Add the eggs, slightly beaten, along with the vanilla and sour cream. Mix the dry ingredients well with the liquid ingredients and then add the rhubarb and fold together. Pour into 9-inch pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 350\u00b0 and bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes until it is set.
