Scallop Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 regular size bag herb stuffing
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender. Remove skin and bones.
    Set aside. Mix onion, celery and stuffing with this.
    Make layer in a baking pan, then a layer of chicken meat.
    Alternate layers until all meat and stuffing are used.
    Bring broth to a boil.
    Using at least 1 quart, pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
