Sour Cream Cucumbers - cooking recipe

1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Cut ends off cucumbers; fork down sides.
Slice very thin. Layer slices in glass bowl, generously salting each layer, until bowl is full.
Press down with lid or plate.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to serve, pour off brine and toss with about 1 pint sour cream.
Serve cold.
