Wiener Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork or veal cutlets or chicken breasts
    salt
    1 Tbsp. flour or more as needed
    1 egg, beaten
    11 1/2 oz. breadcrumbs
    2 oz. oil
Preparation
    Pound the cutlets lightly; salt and then dip first in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
    Fry on both sides in hot oil until brown. Time:
    Pork cutlets, 10 to 15 minutes; veal or chicken, 8 to 10 minutes.
