Baked Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. savory
2 Tbsp. chicken broth or white wine
1/2 c. chopped bacon or ham
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Wipe mushrooms (do not rinse).
Remove stems and chop to make 1 cup. Cook with onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, savory and pepper. Add broth and 2 teaspoons water. Cook until thick and bubbly.
Stir in bacon, cheese and bread crumbs. Fill caps. Sprinkle with parsley and bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
