The Crews Selection - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked and deveined shrimp
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) jar mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted or cooking oil
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine or cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut large shrimp in half.
    Cook mushrooms, green pepper and onion in margarine until tender.
    Stir in mushroom soup, cheese and pepper.
    Heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Pour into a well-greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine crumbs and margarine.
    Sprinkle over top of shrimp mixture.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and crumbs are brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
