Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 (4 oz.) can pimiento
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 can water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and fry 1 pound sausage; drain.
    Put in baking dish. Mix all ingredients except cheese together; top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
