Marinated Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans white or yellow corn
2 oz. diced pimento
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/2 c. purple onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Combine with remaining ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
