Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cooked yellow squash, mashed and drained (5 to 6 small)
    1 onion, chopped
    1 grated carrot
    salt, pepper and butter to taste
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Mix together all of the ingredients, except butter and dressing mix.
    Put 1/2 bag of dressing mix in bottom of buttered 2-quart casserole, then add the squash mixture.
    Top with rest of dressing mix.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake a 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
