Chicken Curry With Almond-Raisin Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 apples, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (chicken bouillon is fine)
    2/3 c. onions, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 1/2 c. cooked and cubed chicken
Preparation
    Saute apples, onions and garlic in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, seasonings and chicken broth.
    Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
    Add chicken and heat until hot.
    Serve over Almond-Raisin Rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
