Northwest Coast Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pureed smoked salmon
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. garlic puree
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. virgin olive oil
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Whip together salmon, egg, mustard, garlic and sugar.
    Slowly add alternating oil and vinegar.
    Add pepper, cheese and milk; combine thoroughly.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
