Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cornflakes
    lemon twist (optional)
    parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup oleo, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Stir well; spoon into 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Crush cornflakes and stir in remaining oleo.
    Sprinkle over potato mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Garnish with lemon twist and parsley, if desired.
