Cauliflower Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1 c. soft breadcrumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Wash cauliflower, and break into flowerets.
    Cook, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
    Place cauliflower in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine milk and tapioca in a heavy saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Stir in salt and paprika. Add cheese and stir until melted; spoon over cauliflower.
    Combine breadcrumbs and butter, stirring well; spoon over sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
