Molasses Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 well beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. molasses
1 c. buttermilk or 1 c. milk and 2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat the eggs.
Add the sugar, butter and molasses.
Add the flour, buttermilk, baking soda, ginger and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes in greased cupcake pans or use paper liners.
