Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 lb. zucchini, sliced thin
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown onions in butter or margarine; add zucchini.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Drain tomatoes and cut halves.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serves 6.
