Betty'S Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Divide dough; add red food coloring to 1/2 of dough and twist dough in two parts to make candy cane cookies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 8 to 10 minutes.
