Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cooked, sliced potatoes, drained
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter until browned.
    Add flour and stir.
    Add milk; stir until smooth and thickened.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Place potatoes in buttered casserole dish.
    Pour sauce mixture over potatoes; mix slightly.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
