Persimmon Bread(Lighter Side) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. Superose liquid sweetener
2 sticks low-fat margarine
2 c. persimmon pulp
2 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together sugar and liquid sweetener.
Add eggs and mix after each addition.
Mix all dry ingredients together, add to mixture.
Add mashed persimmons and crushed pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
