Doris' Pumpkin Bran Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. 100% bran
    1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    You will need a 5-quart bowl.
    Mix bran and eggs.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan that's lightly greased.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
