Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach (chopped)
2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs
Preparation

Cook spinach and drain thoroughly.
Combine spinach with cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and eggs and blend thoroughly.
Pour into a greased shallow casserole or 7 x 11-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
