Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. milk
    2 precooked 9-inch pie shells
Preparation
    Combine eggs, mayonnaise, milk and cornstarch.
    Add to beef, cheese and onions.
    Prebake pie shells for 5 minutes; let cool. Fill each and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until center of pie is set.
    Based on this recipe it yields 8 slices per pie.
