Sausage And Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion
    6 to 8 potatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut sausage in small pieces.
    Chop onion fine.
    Mix meat and onion together and fry until done.
    Add water to cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Cut potatoes into quarters.
    Add to meat and season. Cover and cook until potatoes are done.
    Make a paste of flour and milk.
    Add to mixture and cook until thick.
