Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm milk
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 slices toast
Preparation
    Add yeast in milk with sugar, let rise.
    Add flour and salt. Add more flour if needed.
    Dice toast and mix in.
    Work well again and cover (auto bread maker set in \"Manual Mode\" may be used to here).
    Let rise until double in size.
    Form dumplings with hands about size of tennis balls.
    Make smooth.
    Rise again.
    Fill pot of water 1/4 full, bring to boil, add dumplings and let cook, covered, 20 minutes.
