Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. vinegar
    black pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Mix yogurt with cornstarch until smooth.
    Add horseradish and vinegar.
    Cook in top of a double boiler until slightly thickened. Serve over or with broccoli or other vegetables.
