Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pumpkin seeds, cleaned after scooping out of pumpkin
    salt
    water
Preparation
    Wash all pumpkin off seeds. Put enough salt in small pan to cover bottom; add seeds and enough water to float the seeds. Cook on medium-high until water is almost evaporated. Lay out in single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until dried.
    Store in airtight container.
