Hot Cheese Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. New York state sharp Cheddar, grated
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream cheese and butter.
    Add other ingredients gradually. Roll into logs.
    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate or freeze. Slice roll and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
