Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

In mixing bowl, add all ingredients to melted margarine.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
