Southern Peanut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped, roasted, unsalted peanuts
3 eggs
3/4 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs, then add syrup and sugar.
Continue to beat while adding melted butter.
Stir in vanilla and chopped nuts.
Blend well.
Pour into crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
