Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. lentils
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    4 carrots, diced
    3 stalks celery, diced
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    garlic powder
    pepper
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Rinse lentils.
    Put all ingredients in a large pot.
    Add enough water to cover lentils and vegetables.
    Cover and simmer approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
