Chuck Wagon Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    dash of black pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Make hamburger into large flat patties.
    Dip patties in egg-milk mixture, then turn on both sides in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in about 1/4-inch hot oil over medium heat, browning both sides.
    Serve hot.
