Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender, not browned.
    Combine onion, ground beef, beaten egg, green pepper, parsley, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Mix well.
    Shape in 3/4-inch to 1-inch balls.
    Brown meatballs in butter.
    Remove from skillet.
    Stir flour and beef bouillon granules in skillet; add 3 to 4 cups water.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Season to taste.
    Add meatballs to gravy.
    Cover; simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serves 5 or 6.
