Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) tub cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (3.5 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    cherries for decoration (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water and then add the cold water.
    Cool the Jell-O and then add the cottage cheese and pineapple, drained.
    Refrigerate to set.
    Serves 6 people.
    Can decorate with cherries, if desired.
