Baked Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, boiled until tender, drained
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 medium onion, sauteed in butter or margarine until tender
Preparation
    Season with salt, pepper and Accent to taste.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs and butter.
    Bake about 30 minutes.
