Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1- 12 oz. shoepeg corn
    1- 16 oz. French style green beans
    1 c. yellow cheddar cheese or colby cheese, grated
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients and spread in a shallow baking dish- 8 inch x 12 inch.
    Top with crackers and drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
    Serves 6 - 8.
